Help members with homework, study for tests, or work on literacy and math skills. As a tutor, you’ll provide much-needed academic support in a fun and engaging environment.

Commitment: Flexible hours, after-school hours

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per week

Ages Served: Elementary through high school students 

Assist with leading or supporting activities in our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Lab. Help foster creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning by guiding children through experiments, projects, and explorations in these key subjects.

Commitment: Weekly or bi-weekly

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per week

Ages Served: 6-18 years old 

Support members in developing physical fitness, teamwork, and confidence through sports and active games. As an athletics volunteer, you’ll coach or assist with specific sports, lead fun physical activities, and create a positive and engaging environment that encourages students to stay active and develop their skills.

Commitment: Flexible hours, after school and weekend opportunities

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per week

Ages Served: 6-18 years old

Assist with meal preparation and serving in our kitchen, helping ensure that the children receive nutritious, balanced meals. Volunteers in this role play an important part in promoting healthy eating habits and supporting the daily operations of the Club.

Commitment: Flexible, especially during mealtimes 

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per shift 

Ages Served: All ages (supporting meal service for youth) 

Assist with organizing and supporting our fundraising events and special activities. Your help is essential for our success in raising funds that support our programs and services. 

Commitment: Event-based

Time Commitment: Varies 

Ages Served: All ages

Help in our daycare programs by engaging with younger children, helping with playtime, crafts, and supervised activities. Your presence will make a big difference in providing care and developmentally appropriate activities for our littlest members. 

Commitment: Weekly or bi-weekly

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

Ages Served: Preschool through early elementary (ages 3-6)

Help facilitate programs that promote social, emotional, and physical development. Activities include arts, sports, leadership training, and wellness initiatives. 

Commitment: Weekly or monthly

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week

Ages Served: 6-18 years old

Assist with behind-the-scenes tasks like administrative work, organizing donations, and helping with general operations of our community centers.

Commitment: Flexible Scheduling

Time Commitment: Varies

Ages Served: All ages

Help maintain and beautify the outdoor spaces of our community center. This role involves planting, gardening, and general landscaping duties to ensure a welcoming and vibrant environment for the children and community members.

Commitment: Monthly

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per session

Ages Served: All ages (with a focus on maintaining spaces used by youth) 

Come share your expertise by presenting on a topic of interest to our youth! Whether it’s a career talk, a skill-building workshop, or an inspiring presentation, your insights can inspire and educate the next generation. 

Commitment: Flexible, based on scheduling 

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per session 

Ages Served: 6-18 years old
