Athletics at the Club
Healthy lifestyles is one of the pillars of Boys & Girls Club’s of Greater Nashua’s programming. Our full-size gymnasium, fitness room, and indoor swimming pool allow for just about anyone to find a way to support their healthy lifestyle with physical activity.
We offer opportunities for participation in both intramural and competitive athletics.
High quality coaching and instruction from caring staff allows members to improve their skills in a variety of sports, including basketball, volleyball, wrestling, and flag football.
Recreational Athletics
Daily recreational activities provide physical activity for those members who prefer intramural fun over competitive team sports.
Planet Fitness Judgement Free Zone
Our Planet Fitness Judgement Free Zone offers a modern workout facility for teens looking to improve their physical fitness. Teens workout under the supervision of staff to ensure safety.
Swim
Club members get to swim and enjoy the pool under the supervision of licensed life guards.
Members also have the opportunity to join our Pride Swim Team!
Aquamarines Synchronized Swimming
The team is a member of USA Artistic Swimming and a part of the New England North Synchronized Swimming Association and is made up of athletes from the ages of 6-18. We offer both intermediate and age group swimmers. As a part of our artistic swimming team, athletes learn to work together, develop discipline, build self confidence, create trust, and set goals. Athletes get the chance to travel and compete against various teams from nearby associations.
