NASHUA, N.H. – The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua recently welcomed friends and supporters—including past Directors, Trustees, Advisors, Staff, and Alumni—to a special event at One Positive Place, honoring the Club’s rich history and celebrating its future. The reveal featured artifacts unearthed from a time capsule placed at the Club in 1974, alongside treasured items saved from each decade since, sparking conversations and reflections on the Club’s journey of empowering youth.
“This time capsule reminds us of how far we’ve come and the incredible promise that lies ahead,” said Craig Fitzgerald, Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua and a proud former Club kid. “It’s a powerful testament to the dedication of our supporters—past, present, and future—and a reminder that what we do here truly makes a difference.”
The event also looked forward, unveiling a new time capsule project featuring letters from today’s Club members. Attendees were encouraged to contribute their own messages, fostering a lasting link between generations and reinforcing our community’s shared commitment to youth development.
