"Those students wouldn’t have that structure if it wasn’t for the Boys and Girls Clubs, and that’s the time of day when a lot of students could get in trouble without that structure. We have a situation now in our society where parents aren’t home in the afternoon. The Club provides that kind of structure and supervision which wouldn’t be available otherwise for the children."
