Summer Services
The Boys & Girls Club offers youth a
variety of opportunities to have a safe and
fun summer at the Club.

Camp Doucet
Nestled in the woods of South Nashua is a parcel of land which has served the youth of our community over many summers. Camp Doucet, our Summer Camp program, provides youngsters who may not have the opportunity to get away for the summer with a refreshing and exciting outdoor experience. Staffed by a group of dedicated counselors, this day camp provides youngsters ages 6-13 with the opportunity to experience outdoor fun at its best. With a Camper to Staff ratio of 10 to 1, Camp Doucet allows 50 campers to experience a wide variety of activities, including 2 hours of swimming daily at the Camp's beautiful swimming pool, Initiative Games and Team Building, Outdoor Adventure Activities, Athletics, Arts and Crafts, Weekly Specials and more.

Additional Camp Information
Camp Doucet will begin operation for 9 one week sessions, beginning on Monday June 24 and concluding on Friday, August 23. All campers MUST become members of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua in order to attend. Membership is an annual fee of $35.00 per year and allows all campers to participate in Club activities for a full year.

Weekly Fees
The weekly fee of Camp Doucet varies depending on the age of the member. The weekly camp fee covers all costs including transportation, supervision, program and activity materials. You may prepay in full or with a deposit for as many weeks as you wish. Early registration is encouraged as space may fill quickly.

For ages 6 and 7 years
The weekly costs for ages 6 and 7 is $135. Each week of camp may be reserved with a $35 deposit and the balance of $100 must be paid no later than the Monday prior to the reserved week.

For ages 8 to 13 years
The weekly cost for ages 8-13 is $100. Each week of Camp may be reserved with a $35 deposit per week with a balance of $65 per week to be paid no later than the Monday prior to the reserved week.

*Week 2 is a 4-day week. The cost for 6-7 year olds is $108. Weekly fee for 8 - 13 year olds is $80.

Limited Financial Aid is available for Boys & Girls Club members. Financial aid forms must be returned prior to June 15, 2013. Camp sign up is on a first-come, first-served basis so please sign up as soon as possible using the Camp Doucet brochure.

Camp Doucet Payment Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of $35 is required to reserve a weekly slot with the balance to be paid no later than the Monday prior to the reserved week. If the balance is not received by that Monday, the reserved week and full deposit will be automatically forfeited, and a $20 fee will again be charged to reregister, provided space is available.

* Please note that Camp weeks are subject to camp availability and school calendar changes. Please check this page regularly for the most up-to-date information. Trip Weeks may be changed based on availability of field trips and other conflicts.

Drop off and pick up
Parents are able to drop off members at Camp Doucet starting at 8:30 am through 9:00 am. Pick up is scheduled from 5:00 - 5:30 pm.   For parents who need supervision from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, it is available inside the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua for campers at a cost of $15 per week. Parents are expected to pay the week prior to their child attending this service. Campers participating in this service will be bussed to and from camp each day if needed.

Kids Club Summer Camp
The Club's Kids Club Program offers a Licensed Summer Camp Program for children ages 5-10. The program, which runs daily from 8:30am - 5:00pm ($110.00 per week) and with extended hours available 6:30am - 8:30am and 5:00pm - 6:00pm ($125.00 per week), provides a staff to child ratio of 1 to 15 and includes breakfast, lunch, two snacks, a field trip every week, Math and English classes, cooking, sewing, science, dance, computers & cognitive art. The camp also provides game tables, an outdoor playground, and gym time. For those interested in enrolling in the program please call Ginger Bailey at the Boys & Girls Club at 883-0523 ext. 222. State assisted families are welcomed.
