Great Futures Dinner

Each year, during National Boys & Girls Club week, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua recognizes those members who have been outstanding leaders for the Club and the community. These members have been focused on community service as well as helping others and acting as positive role models. This special dinner is offered for them.

We also recognize those members who have made an outstanding commitment to academic success. These members have been committed to our education programs and we recognize the members who have been the highest achievers in our education and technology programs.

The third component in this evening’s program is our Teacher Excellence Awards. All Club members are encouraged to complete a teacher nomination form. Members write about the life lessons that they have learned from their teachers, what was unique about their favorite teacher being nominated as well as the awesome activities and qualities that make this teacher special. Members are encouraged to write out their nominations and a small committee evaluates the forms and select one teacher from each school.

Lastly, we take the time at this event to celebrate those community partners who ensure that our members achieve their academic success goals, guaranteeing that GREAT FUTURES START HERE for our kids.

A special thank you to the Ninety-Nine Restaurant and Pub for supporting the 2016 Great Futures Dinner as the dinner sponsor.
