The St. Joseph's Hospital lobby is playing host to the talents of nearly 50 fantastic artists with over 130 piece of art being included in the display. Club members work throughout the year to express themselves and enjoy some of the excitement that creating their own wonderful works of art brings. This year, St. Joseph's is hosting the event January 14 through 18, 2008.
 
This competition, which encourages creativity through a variety of media, is made up of local, regional and national exhibits. Young people are encouraged to create artwork in any of the following categories: monochromatic drawing, multicolored drawing, pastels, water color, oil or acrylic, print making, mixed media, collage and sculpture. Artwork selected through a national competition is displayed at BGCA's annual National Conference.

On January 17, 2008, Club members, family members, and friends were invited to see the talents of all Club members, and also unveil the winners of each category. See below. With Club staff members, friends of the Club and artists in attendance, a great time was held by all.

Each of the artists who are listed as winners for their categories will have their art work sent on to the Northeast Regional Art Show in Souderton, PA. If they win at that level, their art will be sent to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for voting on a national level.
