Chief Executive Officer – Norman Bouthilette
Norm has more than 39 years of Boys & Girls Club experience and was a member of the Boys Club of Marlborough, Massachusetts. After graduating from Norwich University, he began his career in Boys & Girls Clubs in 1976 at the Colonel Dan Marr Boys & Girls Club in Dorchester, MA. In 1977 he joined our Club and worked at several different positions, learning the Club’s operations, until he became CEO in 1999.

Norm reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the operations, facilities, and administration of a $2.1 million budget, with more than 35 employees, in a 50,000 square foot building, and locations reaching out to over 3,400 registered members.
