Quotes

"I was frankly astonished as to the number of different backgrounds the children have, and they all seem to meld together very well. They're cared for, they are properly advised, and I think that despite their differences in background it's a wonderful place for them to learn how to grow up."
Senator David Gottesman

"A lot of people say the Club is like a second home, but for me it was a first home. If it weren't for the Boys & Girls Club I'd be in jail, I'd be dead or in jail, and it's no question about it. My oldest brother is actually in jail right now, cause he went away from the Club. You know if it wasn't for the Club I would have followed down the same path.'
Club Alumnus, Aaron Lopez, member for 9 years

"I think it would be great if the people in the Nashua area could first learn more about the Club, and all that the Club does, I mean the Club does such a great job of not only involving children, involving children at such a critical time of the day primarily during the after school hours. The Club does more than just offer activities for the students to participate in, the Club does in fact, work hard to raise the self-esteem of these children, to build character, to build leaders. That contribution the Club makes to our children is really priceless..."
Governor John Lynch
